Shipping policy

PROJECT FLY ships worldwide, except where shipping is restricted or unavailable. We currently do not ship to the EU. We may update the list of supported destinations at any time based on logistics, carrier availability, or legal requirements.

Orders are shipped from Hong Kong using SF Express or another suitable carrier selected by PROJECT FLY. In some cases, parcels may be dropped off at a designated SF Express station or shipped from our storage location to the customer’s delivery address.

Shipping rates are fixed by region and may vary depending on the destination continent or shipping zone. The shipping charge shown at checkout will be the amount payable for that order unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery time is generally 3 to 21 business days, depending on destination, customs processing, carrier performance, and other factors outside our control. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. PROJECT FLY is not responsible for delays, loss, or delivery failure caused by incorrect address details, refusal of delivery, customs inspection, local import rules, or events outside our control.

The party responsible for import taxes, customs duties, or similar charges has not yet been finalized and may be shown at checkout, stated on the order page, or communicated before dispatch. If charges are applied by customs or local authorities, the customer may be required to pay them unless PROJECT FLY states otherwise in writing.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, risk of delay passes to the shipping provider to the extent allowed by law. PROJECT FLY will reasonably assist with tracking or carrier inquiries, but we do not guarantee carrier timelines.
