PROJECT FLY operates as an online vintage and resale store, offering pre-owned and consigned luxury fashion pieces so customers can access desired items at more accessible prices compared to traditional retail boutiques. Customers should understand that PROJECT FLY does not operate as an exclusive, store-fresh retail boutique, and products may show signs of prior ownership and wear consistent with their stated condition.
PROJECT FLY uses the following condition grades for product descriptions (S, A and B): S means pre-owned or consigned in like-new condition with no visible damage or trace of use, sometimes brand new; A means pre-owned in excellent condition with very minor, almost not visible traces of use; B means pre-owned in good condition with slight visible traces of use and minor defects. Condition grades are provided for reference only and should be reviewed carefully before purchase, and customers should not expect non‑S tier items to be in flawless, boutique‑fresh condition.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information submitted is true, accurate, and complete. PROJECT FLY reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where an order appears fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms.
All products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify product listings, pricing, product descriptions, shipping options, and policies at any time without prior notice. We may also correct any errors or omissions on the website, including errors relating to pricing, availability, or product details.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, condition notes, photos, measurements, and any other available information before purchasing. Due to the nature of luxury and pre-owned goods, items may show signs of wear, use, or age consistent with their condition grading, and may not be in flawless, store-fresh condition.
All goods sold by PROJECT FLY are represented as authentic. Any authenticity-related concern must be raised promptly in writing with supporting details and photographs. PROJECT FLY may review such claims and determine, in our reasonable judgment, whether a remedy is appropriate.
